About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious Associate Architect to join our London team, supporting Lydia and providing leadership on key projects. This role offers the opportunity to develop into an Associate Director position while taking on client-facing responsibilities and guiding a dynamic team. Ideal candidates will have strong UAE experience, a focus on technical excellence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership:

  • Lead small to mid-size teams on architectural projects, ensuring design quality and timely delivery across all project stages.
  • Support the strategic development of the practice’s cultural, hospitality, and residential portfolios.

• Client Interaction:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, presenting designs, gathering feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to foster ongoing opportunities.

• Team Management:

  • Mentor and supervise team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff, including interns.

• Design & Technical Excellence:

  • Lead the design process, from concept to construction documentation, ensuring the integration of technical, sustainable, and innovative solutions.
  • Utilize software including Revit, AutoCAD, and, where applicable, Rhino and Grasshopper, to create high-quality designs and drawings.

• Operational Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to office operations by supporting practice-wide initiatives and promoting a strong team culture.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive the practice’s growth, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives.

About You

• Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (ARB registration required).
  • UAE project experience highly desirable.

• Skills & Experience:

  • 5-8 years of professional experience, with a portfolio of relevant projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential; Rhino and Grasshopper are a bonus.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
