The role suits a hands-on Senior Architect or experienced Technician with strong project-running expertise across RIBA stages 3+, capable of confidently leading and coordinating teams with integrity and impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead projects from start-up through to completion, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Champion innovation and technical excellence across all design and delivery stages.
- Manage and mentor teams, fostering collaboration and a culture of learning.
- Support business development and contribute to growth and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
- Minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience.
- Strong technical design and project management skills.
- Proficient working knowledge of relevant design and BIM software (Revit preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire both clients and colleagues.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
