You’re already an accomplished recruiter who knows the architecture or design space (or a comparable technical/creative niche). You bill, you network, and you’re ready for a setting that lets you scale past billing thresholds and glass ceilings. As an Associate Consultant you’ll run your own desk with complete autonomy, supported by an experienced founder and a tight‑knit team who love sharing ideas, leads and laughs.

What you’ll be doing

Client partnership – own and deepen relationships with studios, AJ100 practices, design‑led developers and consultancies.

Candidate talent‑spotting – map the market, attract passive talent and guide them through career‑defining moves.

Business development – leverage our marketing engine and your network to open new accounts and expand existing ones.

Thought leadership – represent Architecture Social on webinars, panels and industry events; mentor junior consultants where desired.

What we’re looking for

Proven biller – ideally 2‑5 years in architecture / design recruitment or a related technical discipline.

Commercial drive – track record of £150k+ annual GP and the hunger to double it.

Sector passion – genuine love of architecture & design; you follow the projects and know the players.

Autonomy & ownership – you plan your day, shape your market and take accountability for results.

Earnings & progression

Hit target and you should comfortably surpass £100,000 OTE in year 2 (base + commission + bonuses). Our billing model is uncapped, so if you’re already a six‑figure biller there’s headroom to smash your personal best.
