Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage BIM processes to promote collaboration and efficiency in project delivery.
- Develop and maintain federated BIM models, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Work closely with project teams to integrate BIM methodologies into the design process.
- Provide training and support for team members on BIM software and best practices.
- Review and ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Participate in design meetings and contribute to cohesive project solutions.
- Facilitate the use of BIM for project visualization, simulation, and analysis.
- Continue to innovate and implement improvements in BIM practices within the organization.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with BIM software, preferably Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles, as well as design software
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in work.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a BIM coordination role within the interior design or construction industry.
- Previous experience working in multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management processes and tools.
- Knowledge of construction documentation and specifications related to interior design.
