About the Role: As a BIM Coordinator, you’ll collaborate closely with project teams and design technology management to handle large BIM datasets and steer through intricate project design scenarios. Your expertise will be instrumental in mentoring and upskilling team members across all project stages, working hand-in-hand with the BIM Manager to ensure seamless coordination and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion cross-discipline BIM coordination with a proactive approach.
• Coordinate large BIM datasets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in project delivery.
• Mentor team members in design technology practices, enhancing their skills across all stages of project development.
• Collaborate with project teams to troubleshoot and resolve any design technology challenges.
• Produce and manage clash detection reports, leveraging your advanced Revit and Navisworks skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650 standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, with in-depth experience in Navisworks.
• Experience with clash detection and report production is a significant plus.
• A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator on medium to large-scale projects.
• A degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, V-Ray, Bluebeam, and BIM 360.
