A leading architecture practice renowned for its high profile and technical projects, is seeking a BIM Lead to drive innovation and embed best practice across the team. This is a leading role for a AJ100 practice that specialises in executive architecture and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and implement the studio’s BIM strategy across multiple projects
• Develop and maintain BIM standards, guidelines, and workflows
• Oversee the creation and coordination of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Mentor and inspire a talented BIM team, fostering continuous improvement
• Represent BIM expertise in client meetings and project bids

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in BIM implementation and management
• Majority of experience working on UK projects
• Proven track record delivering complex BIM projects
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, particularly during delivery stages
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing and mentoring BIM teams
• UK right to work (no sponsorship or visa transfer available)
