BDMC Coordinator at Leading Design Practice
Location: Central London
Salary: £35,000–£45,000, dependent on experience
Join a dynamic, award-winning architecture and interiors practice as a Business Development, Marketing and Communications (BDMC) Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the studio’s profile and supporting its growth across London, Manchester and Glasgow.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and design bid documents, presentations and marketing collateral for architecture and interiors projects
- Maintain and update the website, intranet and photography archive
- Organise and oversee professional photography shoots
- Plan and deliver engaging events for clients and collaborators
- Keep marketing materials current and aligned with brand standards
- Provide administrative support to the BDMC team when required
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum two years’ experience in work-winning, marketing or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
- Strong attention to detail in both written and visual work
- Experience in bid document preparation
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Clear, confident communication skills across all levels
- Interest in architecture and design
- Degree in a relevant subject desirable but not essential
