The Role: As a Chartered Landscape Architect, you will be at the forefront of innovative design, responsible for creating compelling concept schemes and ensuring their successful technical delivery. You will work on a variety of projects, from intimate architecturally led schemes to expansive regeneration plans, with an emphasis on sustainability and adaptive reuse. Your role will involve close collaboration with Directors and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative landscape design concepts with a strong focus on technical delivery.
• Apply your extensive knowledge of planting and soft landscape specifications, ensuring alignment with UK and International standards.
• Lead project work, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of each phase, from Concept Design to Construction Documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring seamless project coordination.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, demonstrating creativity and strong organizational skills.
• Collaborate with architects, urban designers, and other stakeholders to achieve cohesive and impactful designs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Chartered Landscape Architect with UK accreditation.
• Proficient in UK and International design standards and processes.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and graphic communication skills, including proficiency in freehand sketching and industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper; Revit proficiency is highly desirable).
• Proven experience in delivering projects in the UK, with a background in horticulture considered an advantage.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication.
