The Opportunity
This is a pivotal role where you’ll lead high-impact BIM initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and play a hands-on role in developing the next generation of digital specialists. Your command of ISO 19650, the UK BIM Framework, and open data schemas like IFC and COBie will position you as a key voice in project strategy and delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Complex Projects: Deliver BIM strategy and execution for high-profile and technically demanding construction schemes.
Own Delivery: Oversee the day-to-day success of multiple client engagements, ensuring technical quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
Mentor the Next Generation: Share your expertise and guide junior consultants in both project delivery and career development.
Solve Problems Proactively: Identify risks early and implement practical solutions that keep digital strategies on track.
What You’ll Bring
A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience leading BIM-focused projects within construction or consultancy environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Mastery of the UK BIM Framework, ISO 19650 standards, and open data formats such as IFC and COBie.
Bonus points for experience with data systems, automation, and model validation tools.
