The Opportunity
This is a pivotal role where you’ll lead high-impact BIM initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and play a hands-on role in developing the next generation of digital specialists. Your command of ISO 19650, the UK BIM Framework, and open data schemas like IFC and COBie will position you as a key voice in project strategy and delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Complex Projects: Deliver BIM strategy and execution for high-profile and technically demanding construction schemes.

• Own Delivery: Oversee the day-to-day success of multiple client engagements, ensuring technical quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Mentor the Next Generation: Share your expertise and guide junior consultants in both project delivery and career development.

• Solve Problems Proactively: Identify risks early and implement practical solutions that keep digital strategies on track.

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience leading BIM-focused projects within construction or consultancy environments.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Mastery of the UK BIM Framework, ISO 19650 standards, and open data formats such as IFC and COBie.

• Bonus points for experience with data systems, automation, and model validation tools.
