Job Title: Experienced Part II Architectural Assistant or Architect at Design-Led Practice
Location: South West London
Rate: £25–£30 per hour (Contract)

Join a dynamic RIBA Chartered studio that champions design excellence and commercial deliverability. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale residential and mixed-use projects, including Build-to-Rent and masterplanning schemes, alongside a team with experience from world-renowned practices
.
Responsibilities:

• Support or lead design stages from concept through to technical delivery
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for residential and mixed-use projects
• Collaborate with consultants and contractors to ensure design integrity on site
• Contribute to feasibility studies and planning submissions
• Maintain high standards of design detailing and project coordination

Skills & Experience:

• Part II qualified or ARB registered Architect
• Strong proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in residential or mixed-use projects, ideally large-scale
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
