12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Our client is looking for an organised and proactive HR and Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role supports the smooth running of day to day HR operations while helping to manage recruitment activity across the practice. It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of administration, people support and talent coordination within a creative, fast moving environment.
The role involves working closely with the HR Advisor and wider team, coordinating the recruitment process from advertising through to onboarding, managing interviews, preparing documentation and maintaining accurate records. You will act as a key point of contact for staff, providing friendly and efficient support across general HR matters and ensuring processes run professionally and consistently.
This position would suit someone with previous HR or recruitment administration experience, strong attention to detail and the confidence to communicate with people at all levels. A positive approach, good judgement and the ability to prioritise will be essential in a busy and varied setting.
