Interior Design Project Leader | Workplace Interiors (London)

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Project Leader to join a leading firm’s Workplace Interiors studio in London. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop competitive fee structures and manage project schedules.

• Oversee the timely delivery of projects within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Anticipate and manage client expectations, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead and mentor project teams, identifying roles, providing growth opportunities, and fostering open collaboration.

• Motivate teams to achieve design goals, exploring innovative solutions.

• Manage all aspects of project documentation and technical solutions, overseeing the construction phase and materials selection.

• Coordinate with internal staff, external consultants, and stakeholders to create cohesive project teams.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through professional networks.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

• 10+ years of experience in commercial design, with at least 5 years in workplace interiors.

• A strong design portfolio showcasing conceptual design, space planning, and technical detailing skills.

• Expertise in Revit and strong technical proficiency.

• Ability to manage client and consultant relationships, developing work plans and coordinating efforts.

• Proven track record in managing project fees, schedules, and a commitment to quality assurance.

• Interest in sustainable design practices and ability to solve complex technical challenges.

• Confident presentation skills and business development acumen.
