A friendly Interior Design team as part of a wider, large architecture practice, is seeking an experience Interior Designer to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Interior Designer with strong Revit capability to join a busy and collaborative design studio specialising in contemporary commercial workplace environments. The practice delivers a wide range of workplace transformations across the UK, from agile offices to full scale HQ refurbishments. You would join a supportive team known for its inclusive culture, clear communication, and commitment to design quality.

The studio encourages designers to take an active role in shaping projects. You will be involved from early concept through to detailed design, working closely with architects, technologists, and project leads. The environment is friendly, professional, and driven by a shared interest in creating workplaces that genuinely support wellbeing, sustainability, and organisational culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs, mood boards, presentations, and workplace strategy ideas
• Produce high quality Revit models, layouts, schedules, and technical information
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth delivery across all design stages
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and external suppliers to coordinate finishes and specifications
• Support the preparation of tender information and design documentation
• Contribute to design reviews and help maintain quality standards across the team

Requirements

• 4-5 years experience working on UK interior design projects
• Strong Revit capability - this is essential
• Experience working on commercial workplace (offices) projects
• Good specification knowledge including FF&E, materials, and finishes
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, suppliers, and team members
• A positive, collaborative approach and an interest in workplace design trends
• The right to live and work in the UK
