Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of technical drawings and detailed working packages.
• Coordinate with consultants and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Visit project sites to oversee and ensure the accuracy of execution.
• Guide projects from concept through to completion, ensuring all work meets the firm’s high standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years post-qualification UK experience.
• Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with AutoCAD and NBS Create is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of current UK Building Regulations.
• Excellent detailing skills and the ability to lead projects as part of a team.
• Previous residential experience is desirable but not essential.
• Membership in the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (MCIAT) is advantageous but not mandatory.
