Marketing & Communications Manager Role - Architecture

A leading UK architecture and design studio is looking to appoint a Marketing & Communications Manager to support the continued growth of its London practice. Known for shaping thoughtful, socially responsive places across a wide range of sectors, the studio brings together architects, designers and specialists who work collaboratively to deliver meaningful work within the built environment.
This is a key role for an experienced marketing and communications professional with a genuine interest in architecture. Working closely with senior leaders, sector teams and the wider business, the Marketing & Communications Manager will lead the development and delivery of strategies that elevate the studio’s profile and reflect its vision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading media relations activity, driving PR and thought‑leadership content, and securing coverage that strengthens the studio’s reputation.
- Producing research-led materials such as reports, case studies and white papers.
- Managing annual marketing campaigns aligned with business priorities and project news, ensuring strong content, delivery and reporting.
- Supporting new business through client engagement, research, networking events and organising client initiatives.
- Coordinating events including roundtables, seminars, client sessions and internal gatherings.
- Managing industry memberships, ensuring staff engagement, speaking opportunities and visibility at key events.
- Overseeing brand consistency across all online and offline materials in collaboration with the Graphics and Marketing teams.
Role Requirements:
- 5–7 years’ experience in marketing, communications or PR.
- A strong track record in developing and delivering effective marketing and PR strategies.
- Proven experience in proactive and reactive media relations.
- Confident, personable and a clear communicator.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across all levels of a business.
- A genuine interest in architecture and the built environment (previous experience required).
