Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy for UK and Middle East markets.
- Ensure strong brand cohesion while tailoring messaging to regional audiences.
- Oversee digital presence including website content, social media planning, analytics, and engagement.
- Lead content creation across PR, awards, case studies, presentations, and thought leadership.
- Support bids, proposals, and client presentations in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Manage, coach, and support a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager.
- Coordinate external suppliers including photographers, PR partners, and creative consultants.
Skills and Experience
- Mid to senior marketing background within architecture or the wider design sector.
- Understanding of UK and Middle East markets.
- Confident line management capability with at least two direct reports.
- Strong written communication and brand‑focused thinking.
- Experience supporting bids, awards, or business development.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems is beneficial.
- Ability to balance creative storytelling with commercial objectives.
