Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations including supplies, post, and meeting coordination
- Support diary management and travel bookings
- Assist with invoicing, expenses, and basic bookkeeping
- Liaise with external suppliers and service providers
- Help maintain a welcoming and tidy studio environment
Skills:
- Previous experience in administration or office coordination
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools
- Friendly, professional, and adaptable attitude
- Interest in architecture or design is a plus
