The Role: As a Part 2 Architectural Assistant, you will be involved in all RIBA stages, contributing to both design and technical aspects of various projects. This role is perfect for a driven and responsible individual who enjoys multitasking and is eager to develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work across all RIBA stages from concept to completion on a variety of projects.
• Develop design proposals and technical drawings using ArchiCAD and Vectorworks.
• Engage in client-facing activities, contributing to meetings and presentations.
• Collaborate with the team on project coordination and management tasks.
• Utilize and learn innovative technologies and BIM processes.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum one year of work experience post-Part 1, ideally within the UK.
• Strong design, graphical, and technical skills with site experience preferred.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD (training available) and Vectorworks.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
• Familiarity with NBS Building/Create, 3DsMax, and rendering is an advantage.
