Associate or Senior Associate Planner at Leading Planning Consultancy
Location: Milton Keynes with hybrid flexibility (Kings Cross and home working)
Salary: Associate up to £65,000 | Senior Associate up to £70,000

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and negotiate development proposals for residential-led and mixed-use schemes
• Guide strategy for complex, large-scale projects, including EIA work
• Secure planning permissions, conditions, and Section 106 agreements
• Oversee implementation of development projects
• Contribute to policy and plan-making activities
• Mentor junior colleagues and manage budgets

Skills and Experience:

• MRTPI chartered with proven experience in private or public sector planning
• Strong communication skills with ability to provide clear, concise advice
• Collaborative approach to working with design teams
• Commercial awareness and ability to prepare fee proposals
• Leadership qualities to support team development
