Project Architect at Award-Winning Design Studio in London or Rotterdam

The ideal candidate will have exceptional design skills, be highly motivated, and possess experience across all architectural design and construction stages. You will lead the delivery of projects, supported by a senior team, from concept through to completion. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both independent and team settings and has a knack for managing small teams.
Experience with private residential projects, both new builds and renovations, is essential. You should be confident in running meetings, design coordination, technical and detailed drawing, and on-site delivery. This position covers all RIBA stages, making it a comprehensive opportunity to showcase your skills.
The practice requires a minimum of two years of post-Part 3 experience (or four years post-graduation abroad). Exceptional design skills, a professional degree in architecture, and experience in running projects are mandatory. While experience with listed buildings is preferred, it is not essential. Strong technical knowledge, detailed drawing ability, excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, and great presentation skills are vital. You should also have structured working methods and analytical thinking.
Proficiency in Microstation is strongly preferred, and fluency in English is a must. Additionally, you must have the right to live and work in the country where the office you’re applying to is located.
