Role Overview

They are seeking a full-time Project Architect to run medium-scale projects from concept through completion. This role is based in the London studio and offers the opportunity to lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality architectural outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of medium-scale projects across all RIBA stages
• Lead and motivate project teams, chair design meetings, and oversee deliverables
• Ensure production information meets high standards of design and technical quality
• Manage project programmes, milestones, budgets, and appointments
• Support client communications, fee proposals, and report progress, risks, and issues to senior management

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with a minimum of 3 years post-Part III experience
• Proven experience running projects and leading project teams
• Experience on commercial projects desirable
• Excellent design, organisational, and coordination skills
• Proficient in Revit and MicroStation
