A growing, deign led architecture practice is seeking a Project Architect to join their team.
The practice works across a mix of residential, commercial, healthcare and education sectors within the UK. You would join a collaborative team that values clarity, communication, and proactive problem solving, particularly during key delivery stages.
As a Project Architect, you will take a client facing role, help coordinate a small team, and run packages of major projects using Revit. The practice offers hybrid working, good work life balance, a friendly culture, and clear pathways for progression. You will be supported by senior designers while still having space to take ownership of your work and shape project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead work packages on medium to large scale projects across residential, commercial, and education sectors
- Attend client meetings, present design information, and help manage stakeholder relationships
- Coordinate a small internal team and support junior designers through delivery stages.
- Produce and oversee Revit models and ensure technical information is accurate and well coordinated
- Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal leads to maintain programme and quality
- Contribute to design reviews, problem solving sessions, and practice wide technical discussions
Skills
- ARB registered Architect with 3-5 years post qualification experience
- Strong Revit capability and confidence working within BIM protocols
- Solid technical knowledge with an ability to resolve details and coordinate information
- Experience collaborating within a large practice environment and managing small teams
- Confident communicator with a professional, client facing approach
- The right to live and work in the UK
