The Role

This opportunity is suited to Architects looking to take ownership of design delivery across complex residential schemes. The role involves working across all stages of a project, from concept through to completion, leading project teams, coordinating consultants, and ensuring design intent is carried through to delivery. Lead Architects will play a key role in mentoring team members and supporting the wider studio as projects progress.

What They’re Looking For

• ARB‑registered Architect
• Proven experience delivering residential projects in the UK
• Strong technical knowledge and confidence producing high‑quality design and construction packages
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Strong design sensibility with a high level of attention to detail
