Project Architect – Commercial Workplace & Office Projects (RIBA Stages 0–4)

A leading London architecture practice is seeking talented Project Architects to join their growing team, focusing on high-quality commercial workplace and office-led projects. These roles are ideal for independent job runners who enjoy taking ownership across RIBA Stages 0–4, leading design work, and delivering projects with confidence, while still being supported by senior staff.
You’ll be responsible for guiding projects from briefing and feasibility through concept, planning and early technical design, working closely with clients and consultants to develop thoughtful, design-driven commercial environments. The studio works collaboratively, with senior leadership closely involved in all projects, so you will have the opportunity to present ideas and contribute meaningfully to the creative direction of the practice.

Alongside project work, the team is involved in a range of studio-wide initiatives including research groups, design forums, and cultural activities hosted within the studio. They also sponsor external community and cultural events, encouraging everyone in the practice to participate.
These are full-time positions with imminent start dates, suited to motivated architects looking to develop their career, take on meaningful responsibility, and work within a supportive, design-focused environment. The company offer every other Friday off, with an optional 9 day fortnight.
