Responsibilities:

• Lead a large scale data centre project across all RIBA stages
• Coordinate internal and external teams, ensuring a smooth design and delivery process
• Produce and review technical packages using Revit in a fully BIM Level 2 workflow
• Oversee quality, compliance and technical resolution on site
• Present design intent and progress to client and consultant teams
• Support junior colleagues through guidance and knowledge sharing

Skills and Experience:

• ARB registered with 8-10 years post qualification experience
• Proven track record of running data centre projects from concept to completion
• Excellent technical knowledge and confident site experience
• Proficient in Revit, with experience working in BIM Level 2 environments
• Clear communication skills and collaborative working style
• Confidence working with clients and leading a team
• The right to live and work in the UK
