As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a talented Project Architect to join their team and help breathe new life into a listed building with contemporary additions.

The Role: In this role, you’ll take charge of managing projects, particularly focusing on the later stages (Stage 4/5), and ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with site and project managers, mentor junior team members, and contribute to practice-wide initiatives that support the firm’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a landmark, mixed-use residential and commercial development project.
• Oversee design and site work, ensuring compliance with Fire Safety regulations and other legal requirements.
• Utilize your expertise in Revit to produce high-quality drawings and project documentation.
• Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, and other professionals, handling contract administration and legal issues.
• Mentor and develop junior architects, fostering their growth within the practice.

What You’ll Need:

• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, with solid technical and site experience, particularly in Stage 4/5.
• Proficiency in Revit and a strong understanding of Fire Safety regulations.
• Experience with waterproofing is a plus.
• Excellent design, drawing, and communication skills, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
• Confidence in contract administration and managing legal aspects of projects.
