Your Role: They’re on the lookout for a dynamic Project Architect who can bring their expertise to commercial and residential projects. You’ll need to have that Part III under your belt, with at least a year of post-ARB/RIBA experience. Your role will involve managing projects across London from start to finish, working closely with clients, and leading both in-house teams and on-site operations.

What They’re Looking For:

• ARB Registration: You should be a registered architect with at least 2 years of experience, particularly in London.
• Sector Experience: Experience in the commercial sector is essential, and any residential project experience is a big plus.
• Vectorworks Proficiency: You must be a pro at using Vectorworks for design and project management.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong skills in leading projects, orchestrating teams, and presenting ideas to clients.
