Role Overview:

As a Senior Architect, you’ll play a key role in leading projects across all RIBA stages, with a strong focus on stages 3-6. Your responsibilities will include producing coordinated drawing packages, managing external consultants, and presenting design concepts to stakeholders. Your ability to research and implement new materials, techniques, and innovative detailing will be crucial, alongside proficiency in InDesign and either ArchiCAD or Revit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design process from concept to completion, focusing on RIBA stages 3-6.
• Produce detailed and coordinated drawing packages for commercial and office projects.
• Manage and coordinate external consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Extensive experience across all RIBA stages, particularly stages 3-6.
• Strong technical background with significant site experience.
