The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from early consultation through to completion. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing project teams to ensure seamless integration of design and technical delivery
• Overseeing the production and coordination of technical documentation with strong Revit skills
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain alignment on project objectives and ensure successful project outcomes
• Providing leadership in all project phases, balancing creative design thinking with robust technical execution
• Mentoring and supporting the professional development of junior team members through guidance and structured learning

Candidate Requirements

• Strong leadership and technical skills, with experience delivering medium to large-scale projects
• Advanced proficiency in Revit
• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
