With a steady growth trajectory and studios in London, Milan, and Madrid, we are seeking an experienced Senior Architect or Associate to join our London studio. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of data centre projects, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards.

• Utilize Revit to produce high-quality architectural designs, technical drawings, and project documentation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clients, engineers, and consultants, to ensure integrated and efficient design solutions.

• Provide strategic input into project planning, design development, and construction documentation.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful project delivery.

• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met while delivering exceptional designs.

• Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform design decisions.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Architect or Associate with a focus on data centre design.

• Proficiency in Revit and other architectural software.

• In-depth knowledge of data centre design principles, including technical requirements and building systems.

• Experience with large-scale projects and managing the full project lifecycle from design to delivery.

• Strong understanding of local planning and building regulations, particularly in the data centre sector.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and client relationships.

• A collaborative approach to design, with a focus on delivering client satisfaction and innovative solutions.
