Senior Architect at a Design Led Residential Practice

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Architect who specialises in high rise residential and HRB schemes within the UK. You will join a design focused studio known for its collaborative culture, strong project pipeline and commitment to developing people. With at least five years post Part 3 experience, you will be stepping into a role that offers a clear pathway to Associate level.
You will work across multiple residential projects, supporting the directors while leading teams through both design and technical stages. Responsibilities
- Manage multiple UK residential and high rise projects from early design to delivery
- Lead teams, coordinate workloads and oversee technical documentation
- Act as a client facing representative, communicating clearly and confidently
- Ensure project milestones are met and quality standards maintained
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to in house design reviews
- Apply advanced Revit skills in a BIM led environment
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years post Part 3 experience within the UK housing sector
- Strong understanding of high rise residential and HRB requirements
- Proven ability to run projects independently and lead internal teams
- Client facing with strong organisational and communication skills
- Advanced Revit user comfortable producing and reviewing technical information
- Confident managing deadlines and multi project workflows
