Responsibilities:

• Lead design development through RIBA Stages 1–3, ensuring creative and practical solutions.
• Prepare and manage planning applications, liaising with local authorities and stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver exceptional design quality
• Champion Revit workflows and maintain BIM standards across projects
• Lead and manage a small team

Skills & Experience:

• ARB-registered architect with 6-8 years post Part III experience
• Proven experience in early-stage design and planning
• Strong conceptual design ability and excellent presentation skills
• Proficiency in Revit
• Proven experience with UK planning regulations
• Experience in residential and specialist accommodation sectors
• The right to live and work in the UK
