Senior Architect at Luxury Design Studio · Central London · £50,000-£60,000 · Hybrid (four days in office)

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through handover, managing design quality, programme and budget

• Direct multidisciplinary teams, coordinating interiors, landscape and environmental consultants

• Produce and oversee BIM models in Revit, integrating parametric workflows from Rhino and Grasshopper

• Prepare planning submissions, client presentations and tender packages with clarity and confidence

• Mentor Part II and newly qualified architects, supporting their technical growth and soft skills

• Represent the practice at site, resolving complex construction issues and safeguarding design intent

• Champion sustainable design strategies, materials research and low carbon detailing

Skills

• ARB registration with a minimum six years post-Part III UK experience

• Proven delivery of high value International residential, hospitality or mixed use projects

• Expert Revit proficiency and solid knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper and Adobe CC

• Excellent communication, leadership and client facing abilities

• Passion for crafted luxury, placemaking and multidisciplinary collaboration
