A well-established architectural practice in London is looking to appoint a Senior Architect to join its London studio. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in leading projects from concept through to delivery, with real responsibility across design quality, technical coordination, and team collaboration.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from early consultation through to completion. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project teams to ensure seamless integration of design and technical delivery.
- Overseeing the production and coordination of technical documentation with strong Revit skills.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain alignment on project objectives and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Providing leadership in all project phases, balancing creative design thinking with robust technical execution.
- Mentoring and supporting the professional development of junior team members through guidance and structured learning.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 years' post-Part III experience in an architectural role, ideally on mixed-use projects.
- Strong leadership and technical skills, with experience delivering medium to large-scale projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, with a proven track record of producing and coordinating technical documentation.
- In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
