Their portfolio includes one-off houses, larger mixed-use schemes, commercial projects, supermarkets, and care homes. Despite their size, they’ve quickly gained a reputation for delivering high-quality, impactful designs.

The Role

With exciting new projects in Henley and Chiswick, including large mixed-use town center schemes, this practice needs an architect with 8+ years of experience to step in and lead. Your expertise in large-scale planning applications—especially residential-led or supermarket projects—will be crucial in ensuring these developments meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and planning of large-scale, mixed-use developments.
• Manage the preparation and submission of planning applications, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and team members to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard.
• Utilize Vectorworks software to produce detailed drawings and designs.

Skills and Experience Required:

• 8+ years of architectural experience with a focus on large-scale planning applications.
• Strong background in residential-led and/or supermarket projects.
• Proficiency in Vectorworks is essential.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
