The practice specializes in designing new homes and refurbishing period properties, particularly in the South-West London area.

The Role: As a Senior Architect, you’ll work closely with the Head of Creative Design, taking full responsibility for projects from initial brief through to pre-planning stages. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the design process and collaborating with cost consultants and other professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the design and execution of new builds and extensions to period properties.
• Preparing drawings, plans, and documents for feasibility studies and pre-planning applications.
• Managing projects on-site, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule.
• Ensuring compliance with NBS Specifications, UK British Standards, and Building Regulations.

What You’ll Need:

• Extensive experience in high-end residential new builds and period refurbishments.
• Strong design, presentation, and technical skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, including on-site management.
• Proficiency in Vectorworks, Sketchup, 3D rendering, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
• A solid understanding of construction costs and budgets, with a commercially savvy mindset.
• Advanced knowledge of UK Building Regulations and British Standards.
• Exceptional communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude.
