What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of design development and coordination on high-profile residential projects.
• Manage all project stages, from concept through technical delivery.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain design integrity.
• Produce and oversee technical documentation, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations.
• Mentor and support junior architects, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• ARB registered architect with 10+ years of experience.
• Proven track record delivering residential projects, ideally large-scale.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Strong knowledge of UK planning and building regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Please note: must have a one month notice at maximum.

Salary & Holiday Allowance

• £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas closure.
