A highly respected architecture practice is seeking a Senior Architect to lead large-scale residential developments through all RIBA stages. This is a strategic role for a confident and capable architect ready to influence design outcomes, mentor teams, and manage project delivery from concept to completion.

The Role

As a Senior Architect, you will take full ownership of residential schemes—overseeing both creative direction and technical delivery. You’ll lead teams through concept design, planning, and construction phases, engaging closely with consultants, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead residential projects through all RIBA stages with a focus on design quality and delivery.

Produce and oversee detailed drawings and construction documentation using Revit.

Manage coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Guide planning submissions, regulatory compliance, and site execution.

Mentor junior staff and contribute to studio-wide knowledge sharing and leadership.

Your Profile

ARB-registered Architect with at least 5 years post-Part III experience.

Significant experience delivering complex residential projects.

Advanced Revit proficiency and strong technical competence.

In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and housing standards.

Effective leadership, team coordination, and client liaison skills.

Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused.
