The Role

As a Senior Architect, you will take ownership of commercial projects from early concept through to delivery, ensuring design quality and technical excellence throughout. You will work closely with clients, consultants and internal teams, contributing confidently to both design and delivery discussions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading commercial projects across all RIBA stages
• Managing and coordinating consultants and design teams
• Producing and overseeing detailed design and construction information using Revit
• Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and technical standards
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Playing an active role in client liaison and project meetings

Requirements

The practice is looking for an Architect who brings both design confidence and technical strength, with experience delivering commercial projects in the UK.

Essential criteria includes:

• 4–5 years or more post‑qualification experience
• Proven experience working on UK commercial projects
• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Solid technical knowledge and understanding of UK building regulations
• Experience leading projects or work packages independently
• Confident communicator with clients and consultant teams
• Proactive, organised and collaborative approach
