Responsibilities:

• Drive concept design for complex, large-scale projects across multiple regions
• Act as a trusted client partner, presenting ideas and leading client meetings
• Work as part of senior leadership team to win work and develop briefs
• Mentor and manage large design teams, ensuring creativity and technical excellence

Skills & Experience:

• At least 8-10 years post Part III experience
• Proven track record in concept design for international projects
• Exceptional client-facing and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Business development experience highly desirable
• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite
• The right to live and work in the UK - sponsorship is not available for this role
