A leading International Architecture & Design Practice are looking for an accomplished Interior Designer with project leading experience to join their expanding workplace interiors team, working within a studio known for its collaborative culture and genuine commitment to personal growth. Responsibilities include
- Supporting the development of workplace interior design concepts from initial briefing through to project completion.
- Contributing to the preparation of compelling client presentations and design narratives.
- Assisting in the coordination and integration of interior design packages with architectural and consultant information.
- Preparing detailed technical drawings, specifications and schedules to a high standard.
- Applying strong FF&E knowledge throughout the design and delivery process.
- Ensuring design intent is maintained throughout technical development and documentation stages.
- Collaborating closely with project leadership to manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Working alongside consultants, contractors and wider project teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of current workplace design trends, materials and methodologies.
Qualifications sought
- Extensive experience delivering workplace interior projects across all RIBA stages.
- Proven ability to contribute across both conceptual design and technical delivery phases.
- Strong proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Previous experience working within a leading commercial interiors or multidisciplinary practice is preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in client presentations and stakeholder engagement.
- Solid technical detailing knowledge alongside FF&E specification experience.
- Confidence working collaboratively within a wider project team environment.
