A well‑established, multi‑studio architecture practice is seeking a Senior Technical Leader to provide practice‑wide technical leadership across residential‑led and mixed‑use projects in the UK. This is a key senior role for an experienced Architect or Chartered Architectural Technologist who enjoys shaping technical standards, supporting project teams, and leading on building safety, compliance and buildability.
The role
The Senior Technical Leader will act as a central technical authority, supporting projects from early design through to construction and handover. Working closely with Project Leaders, the role ensures technical excellence, regulatory compliance and risk management are embedded across all RIBA stages. Responsibilities include leading technical reviews, advising on Building Regulations and fire safety, supporting construction stages, and contributing to the development of technical standards, guidance and quality systems across the practice.
