What our clients typically ask for
One to three years’ experience in marketing, communications or business development, ideally within the built-environment sector

Confident project coordination: scheduling content, tracking budgets and chasing deadlines across multiple workstreams

Strong writing and editing skills for proposals, press releases, social posts and client emails

Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce), Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools, and basic analytics reporting

A relationship-driven mindset — comfortable liaising with designers, external partners and senior stakeholders to keep everyone informed and engaged
