A personable and driven individual with experience in a sales, account management, or client liaison role.
The ability to build rapport with clients at all levels, from project managers to board-level decision-makers in developer and contractor organisations.
Experience developing account plans, setting objectives, and reporting on key performance indicators to senior leadership.
Knowledge of public sector procurement, framework agreements, or private developer relationships within the built environment.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle client concerns and identify opportunities for additional services.
A willingness to travel across London to attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
A degree or equivalent professional qualification in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
