Completion of RIBA Part II or equivalent from an accredited school of architecture, with a strong design portfolio.

Experience working on projects from concept design through to construction, with exposure to RIBA stages 2 to 5.

Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows, with the ability to produce coordinated technical packages.

A developing understanding of UK building regulations, planning legislation, and construction procurement.

The ability to take ownership of project packages and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and specialist subcontractors.
