What our clients typically ask for
Degree in Architectural Technology, ideally with CIAT accreditation

At least 5 years experience working on hospitality or technically complex public-facing buildings

Advanced Revit skills and strong understanding of BIM workflows

Expert knowledge of UK Building Regulations, fire strategy and interior fit-out standards

Proven experience producing detailed, coordinated packages across RIBA Stages 3–5

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with confidence managing technical issues on site
