What our clients typically ask for

A qualified architect with a minimum of seven years experience, including at least three years in a senior project role.

Proven experience running projects independently, from client briefing and design development through to construction administration and project closeout.

Advanced knowledge of BIM processes and the ability to lead digital project delivery using Revit and collaborative platforms.

The ability to manage project finances, monitor fee expenditure, and report on project performance to directors.

Experience with complex stakeholder environments including public sector clients, developers, and community engagement.

A commitment to sustainable design and an understanding of how to embed environmental performance into project delivery.

The gravitas and credibility to represent the practice at external meetings, conferences, and networking events.
