What our clients typically ask for
ARB registration or RIBA Chartered status, plus deep working knowledge of Revit (and often Navisworks or Solibri for clash detection)

Hands-on experience authoring BIM Execution Plans, EIRs and model audits in line with ISO 19650 or BS 1192

Confidence scripting time-savers in Dynamo, Grasshopper or Python and championing company-wide template libraries / families

Proven record steering teams through federated-model coordination, information exchange and CDE workflows (e.g., BIM 360, Asite, Aconex)

The people skills to train, mentor and evangelise—from lunch-and-learn sessions to project kick-off workshops

A design-led mindset that balances digital rigour, programme and creative ambition
