What Our Clients Typically Ask For
– Proficient Revit modelling skills with experience on commercial office, retail, or hospitality projects
– Understanding of shell-and-core and CAT A/B fit-out modelling conventions
– Experience coordinating with MEP and structural consultants within large federated model environments
– Familiarity with curtain wall systems, complex façade geometries, and core-to-floor modelling
– Ability to produce accurate drawings, schedules, and area take-offs directly from the model
