6–10 years’ experience directing multidisciplinary design on residential, commercial or mixed-use projects for a developer, main contractor or consultancy

Working knowledge of planning, RIBA stages 2-4 and value-engineering cycles, with confidence challenging drawings and specifications

Strong meeting-chair skills: setting agendas, driving actions and holding consultants to programme

Familiarity with BIM-enabled workflows (Revit, Navisworks) plus common-data environments such as BIM 360, Asite or Aconex

Commercial acumen: translating QS feedback, site constraints and investor requirements into practical design decisions

Clear reporting that keeps directors, funders and site teams fully informed
